Faucet will not stop dripping no matter which way you try and turn it off Watched a number of videos that made it look fairly straightforward, but it looks like i might need something like a moen tool. Water is also dripping underneath

I have a moen wynford double handle widespread bathroom faucet that was installed about 3 years ago It's a high arc faucet I know these sort of faucets can have some residual water sitting on top the aerator when it's turned off When i test to see just how much it leaks i remove the aerator and dry out the spout with a paper towel
