Mid june i bought my great niece 4 pairs of shorts from walmart Your title is misleading bc it's not an issue that the po won't accept the package, it's your fault for taking a ups package to the local po They sent them via fedex
Fedex is problematic here because they won't ring doorbells
They usually toss the package in your doorstep or porch But they didn't do that They took them to one of those drop off places Usps is good, sometimes not so good
The only that seems to always have trouble is fed ex But it's been a long time since they came my way Amazon is so good, you don't even think about it. I placed an order a couple of days ago through ebay and the seller used this 'shipper'
